Ok so im supper hungry!!!...

Day 2 going well. It's a lot of food but not anything amazingly filling. My stomach will eventually shrink but at the moment it is used to burgers and lots of carbs.
It's nice to be able to actually eat in regular times. Its so much veg though. Got to make sure I get at least 4 of my 5 day at dinner and then 2 portions of fruit after dinner.
I'm not going to exercise just yet. I want to know if diet works by its self.
I'll keep you updated...
