Day 1 of the rest of my life.....

Today I am starting on a version of Ashy Bines clean eating bikini body challenge. (https://www.facebook.com/thebikinibodychallenge) The results look great from what I have researched. People have really had complete body transformation in as little as 8 weeks! So i'm hoping the weight drops off me.
On her website she does charge you a fee. If you can afford the subscription fee then great but in this economical climate i'm skint so i'm doing it without support.

The main principles are pretty easy.. Cut out the crap and exercise with a capital E. I'm also only allowing myself breakfast to have carbs to give it a kick up the backside.
Here's the brief outline of what the diet is;
Eating clean basically means that foods are selected from those in their natural state; unprocessed and whole. For example tomatoes are a clean food whereas ketchup is not. Homemade tomato sauce may be considered a clean food if it is prepared from scratch with all ‘clean’ ingredients.
This is not necessarily a low calorie approach to dieting with a greater emphasis being placed on the quality of the foods selected, although I am using a low calorie diet on this as I want to shape up quick.
This diet stresses the importance of eating a healthy breakfast every day and never skipping meals. On this diet you are recommended to snack between meals but obviously not on a chocolate bar or anything, something like carrot sticks will suffice.
Cheat meals are allowed only once a week. This means that this is a very strict plan that will require a great deal of discipline in addition to implementing a dramatic overhaul of diet and lifestyle for most people.
